times, stitches sewn and thread break information.
It's easy to see why our 6-head machine is the
smart choice for all your flat, tubular and
finished cap applications for years to come.

Brother's proprietary machine control and data
collection software controls many functions
of up to four independent 6-head machines. The
softwares capabilities offer unparalleled flexibility
and higher production capabilities. Designs
being sewn and production data for multiple
runs can be viewed on the single monitor in
real time.
Detailed statistical reports can be prepared
by exporting information into MS-Excel and other
spreadsheet applications.
Regulated sewing speed handles special thread
applications.
Design of hook drive mechanism eliminates bird
nesting.
